H&M Tax Group is based in Dallas, Texas and offers affordable Tax and Accounting services to business and individuals. We have over 22 years of combined experience and are dedicated to serving our client’s needs.
Mohammad Mousa: CPA, MSc, MBA
Mohammad is a Tax Partner at H&M Tax group and a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. Mohammad has over nine years of experience in public Accounting and Taxes. He provides our clients with customized tax plans that fit their business needs and has helped clients save tens of thousands of dollars in taxes.
Mohammad started his career in accounting and auditing in the hospitality industry, shortly after that he moved to the tax field. He has worked for a local tax firm in Dallas for several years providing services to small business owners. After that he joined a Big Four Accounting Firm as Tax Consultant for two years where he was part of a team that provided services to Large Corporations, Banks, Government Officials, High Net worth Families and Non-Profit Organizations.
Mr. Mousa is married and has a beautiful daughter, Mira. During off season he enjoys Traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Noshad Hooda: EA, FCCA, FPFA
Noshad is the Co-Founder and Partner at H&M Tax Group. He has thirteen years of experience in public accounting working with a diverse portfolio of clients. He holds three professional designations and two bachelor degrees in accounting and tax. Prior to co-founding H&M, Noshad was an Accounting and Tax Manager at multiple local Texas based accounting firms. Tax services include individual, partnership, s-corporation and c-corporation tax return review.
